One of the most important pieces of information in reserving our services is an accurate date and time.  We limit the number of celebrations to be able to focus well on your special day.  Your 50% retainer reserves your day and the balance, due 2 weeks prior to your event, confirms your order.  Custom Cakes are perishable food items and each one requires its own timing.  Your Cake will be placed, approved, and the Cake Lady gone (unless you have requested cutting & plating service) well before your guests arrive.
